About me

I am a Munich based Senior UX Designer.
I design software interfaces. Among other things…

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I graduated in Graphic and Industrial Design in 2003, and got my master degree in Interface Design at the Fachhochschule Potsdam, Germany, with a thesis on Interface Concepts for Educational Experiences in Art Museums.

Currently I work a senior UX designer for 3DEXCITE (formerly RTT), in Munich. My main task is the development of software interfaces for their 3D visualization software to support mobile, web and immersive experiences, from requirements to final prototypes and specification. I also work intensively bridging the gap between product management and development, supporting the requirements creation and management and discussing about technical possibilities for implementation.

Previously I worked developing interfaces for market research platforms, project management software, educational virtual exhibitions and projects in strategic marketing communication.

My experience encompasses graphic design, web design, complex data visualization and management, software development in SCRUM and Waterfall environments, team management, requirements engineering and user research.

My main interest is in the user experience. I believe that the greater that people become immersed in an experience, the more they build a meaning into it.

I have other passions as well. Time with my family and friends, climbing, hiking or bike tours in the nature, yoga, photography, cooking, music, reading… This might seem to be slightly out of topic for my professional path. But they surely build part of my sources of inspiration when designing for people.
